Heart Bingo wanted to reward its top tier VIP costumers with an additional level of bespoke treatment, very personal and tailored to each individual.
Having a great deal of insights on the type of customer and running a survey to determine what this select pool of people expected, we crafted a brand and an experience to reflect exactly that.
Concept
Heart Bingo Deluxe is an experience for everyday people who like to receive all the perks of things they love. These things are not necessarily of high monetary value or luxury items, but things they personally enjoy and have a value to them.
A warm welcome
It’s a Heart Bingo Deluxe customer’s birthday. We know they love the theatre. We book tickets to the show they so eagerly waited to see, with exclusive private balcony seats, and a representative of our brand giving them the warmest welcome upon arrival. They get to have their favourite drink of choice, followed by dinner at their favourite restaurant, any restaurant and a stay at their choice of hotel.
It’s conventional, accessible, clean and simple with a touch of glam
Logo
The Deluxe logo is designed to work both alongside the Heart Bingo logo but also with the X serving as a kiss. As the Deluxe experience is meant to be friendly and personal you can expect to receive comms in a more friendly welcoming and approachable manner, than a corporate setting.

Site Creatives
In comparison to other similar ventures the stylistic approach to creatives is quite different. It’s very soft, light and airy, with warm tones and diffused light. Using depth of field the key elements stand out in the foreground creating focal points.
